Cabin Pricing & Payments
All pricing listed below is per person, based on maximum occupancies of each cabin. No single guest cabins are available. Add $30 per person for taxes and fees.
ShipRocked Summer Camp pricing is per person, based on the minimum occupancies of each cabin, and includes all lodging, meals, wine with dinner, all camp and sports activities, sports equipment, a complimentary photo-booth photo, artist meet and greets, and concerts by 10 Years, Pop Evil and Andy Wood’s North Star Band!
What’s Not Included?
Airfare or ground transportation, travel insurance, wine, beer, and other cocktails at the bar, camp canteen items or event merchandise. Some camp and sports activities may include pro-instruction and carry a nominal fee. Some local (off-site) excursions may carry a small fee. Additional taxes and fees of $30.
Deposits & Payments
A deposit of $250 per guest is due with each cabin reservation, subject to the minimum occupancy of each cabin. The final balance payment from all guests is due on May 1st. The date you make your reservation will ultimately determine your total payment due at that time. You may also chose to pay in full at the time of booking, or make balance payments in advance of payment deadlines.
All completed cabin reservations are non-refundable. We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance.
PLEASE NOTE: All deposits submitted during the ShipRocked Summer Camp Alumni Presale are fully refundable through 5:00p-ET on March 6, 2012. Those guests who submitted presale deposits will have the opportunity to complete their cabin reservations by selecting their cabin, submitting their additional guest information, and making the required deposits as described above, through 5:00p-ET on April 1, 2013. Those cabins which remain unreserved after 5:00p-ET on April 1st will be subject to immediate cancellation without refund.
